Mana waterfall is at Lunuwattha which is at Uva Paranagama electorate of Badulla district. Manawela Waterfall becomes with legend hisrory. King Manabharana had used this waterfall to hide the queens from oposite Kingdoms. This waterfall is very high and less width one. Some person tell that there is a tunnel to Sthree pura mountain which is closed to Manawela waterfalls. There are three ancient tunnels at Sthreepura mountain and which were made by King Walagamba who were govern the Sri Lanka at very ancient time. About 500m to Manawela falls from Lunuwaththa town. Lunuwaththa is at 15km from Welimada Town.

Lunuwaththa is at the main road of Welimada to Udupussallawa. Main income of closed region is agryculture. Main vegetable type which they cultivate is potatoes. There are stone buckets which were made by ancient kings are at Manawela waterfall. Some person of this region bealive that the ancient treasure troves are in the rocks of Manawela waterfalls. The stone buckets had atacked several times by theves.
